Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Please post all returns to Gymnastic Planet including the reason for returning the order and we will issue a full refund. 

If you need a style or size exchange - no problem we will do this FREE of charge. There are two options to exchange your items:

1. Place a NEW order with items as per your requirements and return the original items for a full refund. This is the most time-saving option. 
   
   
2. Return the unwanted item(s) and let us know what would you like to receive in exchange. Please make sure you include your order details so that we can match your return with your original order. Please note: this is NOT the fastest way to exchange your items;

All exchanges or returns must be returned in unused (as new condition). Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if items are worn, soiled, or chalked. Shipping charges are not refundable unless it was our mistake. All returns must be made within 28 days of purchase.

We are NOT responsible for and do NOT cover returns postage. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when sending all items back to us, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items which do not arrive. We accept no responsibility for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
