Most orders are processed in 1-5 days (if products are in stock). Large items, quantities or club orders are generally processed in 7 days. Catalogue prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges 
If you need a style or size exchange - no problem we will do this FREE of charge, just return the item(s) with a new order and a self addressed envelope to speed up the proces of exchange. All exchanges or returns for refund must be in new condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if items are worn, soiled or chalked. Shipping charges are not refundable unless it was our mistake. No returns or refunds after 30 days.
Please obtain free proof of postage if returning an item, in case it gets lost in the post.
IMPORTANT: Returned items are at your risk should they become lost on their journey back to us.
